35 Grams of Pure Truffle Decadence - Tuesday, December 6, 2011

It’s time to indulge in a gastronomical evening featuring a White Truffle Festival in the Michelin two-star restaurant L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon on Tuesday, December 6. This dynamic seven-course prix fixe menu presented by Chef Xavier Boyer features 35 grams of truffles. Wine pairings selected by resident sommelier Lacey Rozinsky. Seatings begin at 7:00 pm. All reservations are pre-paid and non-refundable, and can be made online or by calling the Hotel.

Christmas Tree Tea - until December 31, 2011

The annual tradition continues in TY lounge daily from 2:30 to 5:00 pm through December 31. As tea is served, guests can enjoy the Hotel’s 24-foot Christmas tree with nearly 100 feet of custom-made garlands and thousands of colourful lights centred in the 33-foot tall grand lobby.
