October 3rd, indulge in “Dubrovnik Meets Italy” featuring renowned Italian Michelin-starred Chef Damiano Nigro (Restaurant Ape Vino e Cucina, Alba) and Adriatic Luxury Hotels’ Chef Mate Matić (Restaurant Vapor, Dubrovnik) will come together to craft a spectacular 4-hands dinner with highlights including:

Smoked eel and potato with citrus mayonnaise and pomegranate
Shrimp ravioli in cappuccino
Gratinated Mediterranean sea bass with spinach and mollusc sauce
On October 4th, celebrate an evening of “Dubrovnik Meets France & Japan,” where French Chef Ippei Uemura (Restaurant Tabi, Marseille) will collaborate with celebrated Chef Petar Obad (Restaurant Salin, Dubrovnik) to present a one-of-a-kind 4-hands dinner featuring:

Mediterranean sea bass sashimi on a bed of green vegetables
Grilled lobster with honey emulsion
Breaded oysters with shallot cream and Ponzu sauce
Dishes will be paired alongside a selection of expertly selected local Croatian wines chosen by Adriatic Luxury Hotel’s sommeliers.
