“So with Europcar Complete we’re aiming to make booking car hire simple and stress-free. Not only do customers benefit from ten per cent off our standard hire rate and pay one price; they can also add a second driver for free so that the time behind the wheel can be shared.

“Our all-inclusive offering also includes damage and theft waivers, as well as zero excess, ensuring customers are covered in the event of an accident or theft.

“Customer feedback has identified that car hire insurance can be perceived to be a confusing afterthought for some travellers. Europcar Complete includes the right cover as standard.

“With one price to pay when they book, plus a host of added benefits, all customers have to budget for on top is their fuel.

“This means they can relax and enjoy their holiday, knowing they will not face any additional costs when they return the vehicle.”
