Stonebridge Companies, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, owns and manages the newly constructed Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage, under a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., the franchise subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation.
