AgentWare is integrating its Trip Console application into ClientBase Plus as a “Live Connect” provider.
This accomplishment allows users of ClientBase Plus - the travel agency CRM and back-office accounting system offered by TRAMS Inc. - to efficiently search, book and report on non-GDS bookings facilitated by Trip Console.
ClientBase Plus includes detailed and personalized database marketing, maintains and tracks contacts and marketing programs, manages trip details including reservations, agent to-do lists, itinerary printing and invoicing and inventory management.
“With Trip Console as the newest ClientBase Live Connect provider, travel agents can now directly import bookings made on Trip Console into TRAMS’ ClientBase Plus,” said Ivan Bekkers, CEO of AgentWare. “This improves efficiency and eliminates manual processing, especially for those airlines not participating in the GDS. It also allows agencies to include both GDS and non-GDS bookings in reports and invoices provided to clients.”
ClientBase Plus Live Connect allows users to automatically connect to select Web-based booking engines by seamlessly passing agency login and client data to the supplier-booking site. It then imports reservation details back into the ClientBase database.
