Trodent Launches AirWEB Authorization Solution

Trondent Development has released a new version of AirWEB Authorizer - an automated, pre-ticketing travel approval tool.  The web-based utility can either be used as a stand-alone application or offered as a private labeled integrated tool within an on-line booking system.  AirWEB Authorizer is fully compatible with Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Worldspan and Sabre.
As companies strive to improve travel policy compliance and adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance guidelines, trip approval and auditing tools like AirWEB Authorizer are growing in demand.  In response to customer demand, Trondent’s new release includes:

? Configurable single-tier or multi-tiered approver hierarchies.

? Lost saving details for air, car, hotel and other itinerary components.

? The ability to request changes, in addition to “approve” or “decline” trip.

? Authorizer “Out-of-Office” setting, enabling the travel request to automatically defer to a secondary approver, thus minimizing approval delays.

? Configurable reason/exception codes, enabling the traveler to communicate valid “out of policy” reasons to their manager at time of approval.

“AirWEB Authorizer provides corporate travel managers with two distinct advantages,” says Theo Szymanski, Trondent’s Director of Sales.  “Firstly, the application helps companies optimize T&E spend by ensuring that all trips meet pre-defined criteria.  Secondly, the system generates an electronic audit trail - tracking the date, time and comments associated with the approver’s decision.”

Additional features including more detailed reporting, multiple accounts per pseudo and multi-language capability are scheduled for release in July 2005.
