today announced the appointment of Richard L. Bair to General Manager of
the Sheraton Hotel Annapolis, Maryland. The Sheraton Annapolis is a full
service hotel with 196 guest rooms located minutes from the center of
Annapolis. The hotel was recently acquired by Highland Hospitality
Corporation , a Virginia based, self-advised lodging real estate
investment trust (REIT) focused on hotel investments primarily in the US. Mr. Bair joins Crestline from Prime Hospitality Corporation where he last
managed the Prime Hotel and Conference Center, Saratoga Springs, NY. Mr.
Bair is a veteran hotelier with more than 30 years of operations and
management experience. Starting in Memphis with Holiday Inn Hotels, Mr.
Bair’s experience includes positions with AIRCOA at The Hilton Inn,
Jupiter, FL, and 12 years with J.L.M., Inc as general manager and director
of operations for two Connecticut hotels, The Sheraton Inn, Waterbury and
the Quality Inn Danbury.

Mr. Bair is a member of the New York State Hospitality and Tourism
Association as well as the American Hotel Motel Association. He has also
