Dignitaries and prominent members of the Santa Fe community attended the event at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa, which provided delectable food, exceptional wine and high-quality cigars.
“The Eldorado Hotel & Spa is honored to be part of such a worthy organization and help give back to the local community,” says Richard Verruni, general manager of Eldorado Hotel & Spa.
Caribe Imported Cigars generously donated first-rate cigars for the eighth annual Power Smoke, which was sponsored by Wells Fargo Bank. The company also provided items for a silent auction including a custom made humidor and a grand prize giveaway, a getaway to Honduras which includes a visit to an authentic cigar factory. Caribe Imported Cigars, makers of premium handmade cigars for over 25 years, grows, manufactures, and distributes their own tobacco, cigars and boxes.
The New Mexico Children’s Foundation was founded in 1992 to support and nurture the children of New Mexico. The foundation raises funds and distributes them to needy, non-profit, non-governmental programs, serving hundreds of neglected children throughout the state.
