New Air Service from New York to Tobago
Traveling from the Big Apple to Tobago is easier than ever. Beginning February 19, TravelSpan Vacations will begin non-stop flights from New York to Tobago every Saturday. The flight will depart JFK International Airport at 8:55 a.m. and arrive Tobago at 1:55 p.m.
“This very important addition to the flight schedule reflects the rapidly growing market in Tobago,” said Warren Solomon, Vice President of Tourism. “Now Tobago is readily available to the traveler looking for the ideal Caribbean getaway or Trinbagonian coming home,” commented Solomon.
“The convenience and ease of this new non-stop service allows us to introduce the beauty, warmth and hospitality of the island to travelers that might have considered Tobago as a vacation destination but thought it difficult to get air service,” said Neil Wilson, Secretary of Tourism, at the Tobago House of Assembly.Ê
The Boeing 757 flight departs Tobago Crown Point at 2:55 p.m. and returns to JFK at 9:00 p.m.Ê The TravelSpan flight will include in-flight service such as hot towels, meals, complimentary drinks, in-flight movies, giveaways and a personal in-flight customer care representative.
