We are dedicated to our growth pattern,” he added.The 300-room Sunscape® Puerto Aventuras is set amidst the beauty and mystery of the Mayan coast, on a private beach in the marina community of Puerto Aventuras, just 10 minutes south of Playa del Carmen and minutes north of the Mayan ruins of Xcaret and Tulum. Puerto Aventuras features a 27-hole golf course (just minutes from the resort) and an eclectic collection of shops, restaurants and clubs. Sunscape® Puerto Aventuras rests upon a beautiful white-sand beach situated in a secluded cove. In a rocky area of the beach, the hotel has excavated a natural pool fed by sea water.

The hotel’s spacious guestrooms feature balcony or terraces all with a water view; 65% of the rooms offer views of the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea, while others offer views of the nearby marina. Guestrooms are finely decorated in soothing colors and marble floors and include air conditioning, ceiling fans, full bathroom, hairdryer, cable TV, direct telephone, in room safe, daily refreshed mini-bar with beer, soft drinks and water, coffee makers, iron & ironing board and terrace or patio.

Five restaurants offer a variety including the World Café restaurant offer buffet style creations, with weekly theme nights. Four a-la-carte restaurants serve a host of specialties: El Patio Mexican Restaurant, Da Mario Italian, Seaside Grill Steakhouse, and the adults-only Oceana Seafood. Additional food and beverage venues include drink service at the pool and beach, four bars including swim up pool bar, Desires, a night club and a weekly managers’ cocktail party. All restaurants and bars offer views of the Caribbean Sea or the marina.

Three swimming pools (one for children), gardens with sun beds and sunshades, towel service for the pool and beach, daily entertainment with a variety of both land and water activities, fully supervised children activities round out activities for guests. The resort also offers a fitness center, a PADI dive center, and a water activities hut. The reefs that sit 100 yards from the beach are highly rated among divers and snorkelers.
