Econo Lodge Hotel Opens in Eads

The Econo Lodge hotel, located at 609 East 15th Street, is now open. Formerly a Best Western Country Manor hotel, the hotel underwent renovations that included new carpet, paint and wall coverings throughout the hotel and new 27-inch remote-control televisions, microwaves, refrigerators, coffeemakers, furniture, and electronic door locks to guestrooms.Owned and operated by Sailesh & Mayuri Merchant of Eads, Colo., the Econo Lodge hotel features 40-units and complimentary continental breakfast.

Guestrooms feature king- or double-sized beds with Serta mattresses, microwave, refrigerator, work desk, and coffeemaker. Handicapped and non-smoking rooms are available.

Rates begin at $59. Children, ages 18 and under, stay free when accompanied by an adult.

Discounts are available when booked in advance on a space-available basis for seniors, American Automobile Association members, business travelers, government and military personnel and groups.

Guests can receive airline miles from participating airlines when staying at any Choice brand hotel.
