Martin van Kan has been named the new general manager at the InterContinental Doha.
Moving from his previous position as resident manager at the InterContinental Phoencia in Beirut, van Kan will take over the helm in Doha immediately. Van Kan started his career with seven years at InterContinental Hotels Group properties including the Portman InterContinental London, InterContinental Abu Dhabi and the Al Bustan Palace InterContinental in Oman. He then moved further East holding senior positions at various hotels in the Asia Pacific region.
