Chula Vista Unveils $100 Million Condo Plan

Chula Vista Condominiums,
LLC is expecting to break ground on a $100 million condominium hotel
development this fall. The development, which is expected to be the single
largest in Wisconsin Dells history, is planned to include more than 200
condominiums, a 60,000-square-foot indoor water park and a
100,000-square-foot expo and convention center containing a multi-purpose
sports complex. The site of the condominium development is adjacent to Chula Vista Resort,
a three-diamond, family-owned water park resort located on the Upper
Dells. The condominiums will be nestled among a forest of 100-foot Norway
and White Pines, offering beautiful, panoramic views of the Wisconsin
River. Four different condominium designs, spaced over eight floors, are
being planned, ranging from luxury studios to penthouse suites. Prices
begin in the high $200s and go up to the high $700s.

“For more than 54 years, Chula Vista has been a relaxing retreat for
families across the country,” said Mike Kaminski, developer of Chula Vista
Condominiums, LLC and president and general manager of Chula Vista Resort.
“Now we’re offering a chance to own a piece of the ‘Chula Vista’
experience. Our condominium owners will live in luxury, enjoying a host of
amenities, including state-of-the art, indoor and outdoor water parks, an
athletic club, meeting facilities, diverse dining options, access to
championship golf and spa amenities. All of this will be experienced among
the natural backdrop of the Upper Dells, which offers water recreation,
hiking, biking and so much more.”

The new condominium development will incorporate an authentic southwestern
theme, similar to Chula Vista Resort. Units will be trimmed in the greens,
tans and earth tones indigenous to the native southwest. Great care will
also be taken to blend the development with its natural surrounding, while
capturing the beauty of the Upper Dells.

Condominium owners will be able to select a unit offering one of two
scenic views. The first view, “Chula Vista,” offers a “beautiful view” of
the Wisconsin River from a four-season veranda. The second view, “La Vista
del Resort,” provides a resort view overlooking Chula Vista Resort and
Cold Water Canyon Golf Course. In addition to breathtaking views,
condominium owners will be able to select from one of three interior
design packages.

Chula Vista Condominiums is currently accepting reservations for phase one
development, which includes approximately 70 condominiums as well as plans
for a new, 60,000-square-foot indoor water park. Once reservations are
sold out, construction will begin on the $50 million phase one
development. Reservations require a $5,000 deposit.

In addition, planning for phase two construction is well underway, which
includes an additional 100 condominiums as well as a 100,000-square-foot
expo center, sports complex and convention center. The launch of phase two
construction will be based on pre-sale interest and reservation activity.

Those purchasing a resort condominium will have the ability to rent the
unit when not in residence. There are no restrictions on the length of
time owners can use their property and owners are free to rent them out
individually or through Chula Vista Resort.
