We kicked off on a competitive note with a Padel and Golf Tournament at Jumeirah Al Qasr J Club and Emirates Golf Club.

The FHS World stage was graced by visionary leaders including His Excellency Issam AbdulRahim Kazim, CEO, Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM), Paul Griffiths, CEO, Dubai Airports, Dr. Suruchi Mittar, CIO and Senior Vice President, Invest India, Mohamed Abdalla Al Zaabi, Group CEO, Miral and more with discussions that have been phenomenally insightful and instrumental for the growth of the industry. We continued to discuss everything from the Emerging Markets, Destination Investment, Leadership, Overtourism, Net Positive Hospitality, Women Leadership and more across the various stages around the venue.

 

Later in the day, we hosted the fantastic Sustainable Cook-Off, UN Tourism Startup Competition’s Semi-finals and Sustainable Hospitality Challenge. Stay tuned for the winners of the Sustainable Hospitality Challenge to be announced today at 13:05.

We ended the day with the attendee-favourite Speed Networking and a remarkable Welcome Reception at the exquisite Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The delicious treats and exciting music provided the perfect ambience to unwind and connect with like-minded delegates in a relaxed environment.

Evening Networking Reception

Please join us at today’s evening reception, hosted by IHCL, at Taj Dubai’s (Business Bay) Miss Tess and Treehouse. Both the venues epitomise the fusion of culinary artistry and experiential dining, each promising unforgettable moments in Dubai’s vibrant dining scene. Buses will be available to and from the reception, the first bus will depart from the venue at 17:45.
