Key Travel launches RiskReady™: A Comprehensive Travel Risk Management Readiness Framework

Key Travel, a global leader in travel management for the non-profit sectors, is proud to announce the launch of RiskReady™, a pioneering Travel Risk Management Readiness Framework developed exclusively for its customers.

RiskReady™ is a result of collaboration with industry experts, AvISO Consultancy and the Travel Risk Academy, combining best-in-class ISO consultancy and a centre of excellence for Travel Risk Management. Together, the partnership developed an effective and comprehensive Travel Risk Management Framework that evaluates the key areas of an organisation’s travel security and safety programme and offers tailored and tangible advice to improve travel risk management practices in line with ISO 31030:2021 standards.

RiskReady™ is designed to help organisations evaluate the maturity of their travel risk management programmes, providing a clear pathway to meet duty of care obligations. By implementing globally recognised best practices, customers can enhance safety, reduce travel risks, and ensure compliance in a cost-effective manner.

Saad Hammad, CEO of Key Travel concludes, “RiskReady™ empowers organisations to meet global standards while building a safer, more efficient, and compliant travel programme. By partnering with industry leaders like AvISO Consultancy and the Travel Risk Academy, we are continuing to drive innovation, providing our customers with a structured approach to manage travel risks and safeguard their most important asset—people.”

Bex Deadman, Co-founder / Director of the Travel Risk Academy added “We are thrilled to partner with AvISO and Key Travel on the TRM Readiness Framework, a forward-thinking tool for organisations looking to elevate their understanding of travel risk management. This framework empowers businesses to take control of their travel safety, align with ISO31030:2021 Travel Risk Management Guidance for Organisations, and confidently protect their travellers with expert-driven insights and strategies for continuous improvement! It’s especially exciting that Key Travel has taken this initiative, demonstrating their commitment to supporting customers in meeting duty of care obligations and ensuring traveller well-being in an increasingly complex global landscape.”

Paul Stevens, Managing Director of AVISO Consultancy and ISOvA Ltd said “It is always really encouraging to see our clients consider how new standards in their area affect their own clients. Key Travel has shown clear initiative and a duty of care in creating a tool enables review and opportunities for improvement. ISO Standards are designed to work together and ISO31030 is another great example of how a particular topic “travel” can be aligned with existing management frameworks”.
