In part two of this interview Serge Zaalof, President & MD of Atlantis The Palm talks to Phil Blizzard about the development of the new resort ‘The Royal Atlantis and Residences’ on Palm Jumeirah. He also gives his view on current trends in hospitality, the impact of Dubai hosting Expo 2020 and the development pipeline for Kerzner International.

The new Royal Atlantis and Residences will have a Sky pool which will 95 m long and 100m high, linking together the residences and hotel. The height of the hotel will be 189.100m. with the residence height being +162.700m.
