Air China seeks mindfulness through tea
For hundreds of years Brits have been obsessed with tea, from the correct temperature to how much milk to add.
However, it could also be the key to unlocking a holistic approach to your well-being in 2019, encouraging you to take time for yourself and indulge in the benefits of the tea-making ritual.
With 165 million cups of tea drunk in the UK, it is not a secret that the UK has a well-established love affair with the humble cuppa and Air China is working with tea expert Lera Zujeva to encourage you to get the best out of your tea.
This is the Year of the Pig - a year associated with fortune - and Air China is helping people to achieve lifelong ambitions with its Land Your Dream campaign.
For Lera, the dream was to pursue her passion for tea and learn all about how tea-making is the new ‘mindfulness’ with many life benefits.
Zujeva said: “Tea is so much more than just a drink, it calms the mind and brings harmony to our life.
“In Chinese culture medicine and health is viewed in a holistic way, mind, body and spirit and are key to achieving a complete state of balance.
“Tea is this miraculous plant that works on all three levels.”
