Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company has officially launched the operation of its international flight route from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to Yangon, Myanmar. The route will initially operate five round trips per week with a flight duration of two hours 15 minutes per section. Vietjet currently operates two daily flights from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City.
Officials in Vietnam have outlined ambitious plans to invest over $12 billion in tourism infrastructure over the next decade.
