Singapore Changi Airport has been making a splash at World Routes 2012, where it is holding meetings with its airline partners and showcasing its latest developments, which includes the addition of new routes, network expansion and a major makeover of Terminal 1. The leading airport also reveals its plans to tap into South America and Africa in coming months.
Changi Airport Group (CAG) has confirmed it will close Singapore Changi Airport’s Budget Terminal on September 25th 2012. The terminal will be demolished to make way for the construction of a larger passenger building so as to cater to the continued growth of air traffic at Changi Airport and further strengthen Singapore’s air hub status.
