Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will open the ultra-luxury brand’s first Hong Kong property in 2018 in a prime Victoria Harbour waterfront location at the former New World Centre on Salisbury Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. Rosewood Hong Kong will occupy 27 floors of a multi-use tower owned by New World Development Company, whose distinct form and glowing crown is destined to become an instantly recognizable landmark on the famous skyline.

Hong Kong-based Rosewood Hotel Group has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Niamh O’Connell to the newly created position of group vice president of wellness development. Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has been appointed by Cambodia-based property developer Vattanac Properties to manage Rosewood Siem Reap, scheduled to open in 2019. It will be the second Rosewood property in Cambodia, following Rosewood Phnom Penh opening in 2016, also owned by Vattanac Properties, and marks Rosewood’s ninth hotel management agreement in Asia.
Rosewood Hotels and Resorts is set to open its first property in South America. The Rosewood Sao Paulo, which features 151 rooms and 114 private residence suites, is located in the centre of the Brazilian city and is scheduled to open in 2018.

Located approximately 80 miles northwest of Los Angeles, Montecito is situated within the county of Santa Barbara and is one of the nation’s most affluent and exclusive areas.
