Qatar Airways launches all-first-class flight to Saudi Arabia

Qatar Airways has announced the launch of a new daily All-First Class service from its hub in Doha to Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to coincide with the start of Ramadan. With the additional services, departures to Jeddah will rise from double-daily flights to triple-daily flights.

Qatar Airways has announced it will begin flights to Abha, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, beginning September 2nd. The non-stop service from Doha will operate four times a week. The city of Abha is the capital of Asir, a south-western province in the Kingdom and is gaining popularity in the region as a tourist destination due to attractions such as its mild seasonal weather and fertile mountains.

Qatar Airways has announced the expansion of its A350 services to Germany, with the new state-of-the-art aircraft being deployed on its Doha-Munich route. Qatar Airways will begin to operate a daily direct scheduled service from Edinburgh Airport to Doha’s Hamad International Airport from tomorrow. The airline will also be celebrating a year since the successful launch of the original five services per week, with the additional frequencies reinforcing Qatar Airways’ commitment to Scotland. The daily QR028 outbound service and QR027 inbound service, operated by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, will give passengers even greater access to more than 140 worldwide destinations served by Qatar Airways through its state-of-the-art hub, Hamad International Airport.
