Pullman plans second hotel in Shanghai
Pullman, Accor’s upscale brand, has announced the opening of the Pullman Shanghai South, its second property in the city of Shanghai and its fifteenth in China. China is now the brand’s leading market in terms of number of hotels. With 45 hotels and resorts in Asia Pacific (including 32 in Asia), Pullman confirms its strong growth and success in this region, accomplished through an unprecedented approach to upscale international hospitality.
Pullman Hotels: 47 openings planned in Asia Pacific by 2018
Pullman hotels has today announced plans for further growth in Asia Pacific. According to the 2013 UNWTO World Tourism Barometer, tourist arrivals in South-East, North-East and Southern Asia grew significantly (about 7%). This trend should continue over the next few years.

Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel refinanced through a management contract
As part of its asset management and restructuring strategy, Accor announces the refinancing of the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel through a management contract. The Group, which took over the hotel in early 2009 under a fixed lease agreement, will continue to operate the hotel via a long term management contract.

Quay Grand Suites Sydney has confirmed it will rebrand as the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, signalling an expansion of the five-star Pullman brand in Australia. Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour joins two other Pullmans in Sydney – Pullman Sydney Olympic Park and Pullman Sydney Hyde Park (currently completing a massive upgrading programme following its re-branding from Sydney Marriott in May 2012).
