Peak Hotels & Resorts has agreed the purchase of Aman Resorts for $358 Million. The Aman collection consists of 26 resort and villa properties located in Bhutan, Cambodia, China, France, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Laos, Montenegro, Morocco, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, Turks and Caicos, the United States and Vietnam.
