Orient-Express Hotels to Acquire Two Award Winning Hotels in Sicily
Orient-Express Hotels Ltd. (NYSE: OEH, http://www.orient-express.com), owners or part-owners and managers of 50 luxury hotel, restaurant, tourist train and river cruise properties operating in 25 countries, today announced expansion plans in Italy. The Company has signed a binding agreement to purchase two distinctive properties in Taormina, Sicily from The Framon Group subject to completion conditions.

Orient Express confirms potential sell-off
Struggling luxury travel group Orient Express has confirmed it is considering “selective disposals” in an attempt to shore up its finances.It has hired Deutsche Bank to examine a range of options, which could lead to the disposal of some its core operations, a partnership with a new investor or even an outright sale of the whole company.
