The Oberoi Group have signed a memorandum of understanding with the government of Maldives to build a luxury resort in Maldives. The investment for acquisition and development of the resort will be undertaken by SCDCL, a Bangalore -based real estate development company.
The Oberoi Group has entered into management contracts for two new luxury properties in Qatar. The first will be a 250 key luxury hotel in the West Bay area of Doha, while the second, 148 key hotel, will be a luxury serviced apartment building located in Lusail, Doha.
