IHG welcomes Holiday Inn Resort Mazatlan to portfolio
InterContinental Hotels Group is opening the Holiday Inn Resort Mazatlan hotel in Mazatlan, Mexico. The new-build 164-room beachfront property is the first Holiday Inn Resort in Sinaloa State and the fourth in Mexico, joining the Holiday Inn Resort Acapulco, Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos and the recently opened Holiday Inn Resort Ixtapa properties.
H10 Hotel welcomes Ocean Riviera Paradise to Mexico
The Ocean Riviera Paradise by H10 Hotels has opened in Mexico. The hotel is a newly built five-star resort located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, just six kilometres from Playa del Carmen. The resort has 974 rooms and boasts magnificent facilities including several swimming pools, ten restaurants, eleven bars and a sports area.

InterContinental Hotels Group is opening the 75-room Holiday Inn Resort Catalina Island hotel in Avalon, California. This property is the second Holiday Inn Resort location in California, joining the Holiday Inn Resort The Lodge at Big Bear Lake hotel, and is the only full service hotel located on Catalina Island.
W Hotels opens first Las Vegas property
W Hotels Worldwide, now part of Marriott International, has opened its newest property in Las Vegas. W transformed a 289-room tower of SLS Las Vegas, providing guests an elevated hotel-within-a-hotel experience, located on the emerging north end of the Vegas Strip.
Meliá sets December opening date for Paradisus Los Cabos, Mexico
Meliá Hotels International has confirmed it will transform Meliá Cabo Real into Paradisus Los Cabos. Set to open on December 23rd, this will be Mexico’s fourth Paradisus branded property. Located only 25 minutes from San Jose del Cabo International Airport, on the largest swimmable beach in the Cabo corridor, Paradisus Los Cabos will be set on 14.5 acres surrounded by a private golf course (Cabo Real Golf Course) and picturesque mountains.

Hospitality giant Wyndham Hotel Group is opening of The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel, in Colorado Springs, the latest addition to the company’s namesake Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand. The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel, owned by hoteliers John Goede and Perry Sanders, is in the final phase of a comprehensive renovation transforming the hotel’s 273 guest rooms and suites, lobby, restaurants, and more than 27,000 square feet of extensive meeting and event space accommodating over 2,000 people.

Residence Inn by Marriott debuts in Hawaii
