Marriott International has revealed plans to launch its ever-popular Aloft Hotels brand in Ireland through a franchise agreement with Blackpitts Hospitality. Slated to open in the spring of 2018, Aloft Dublin City will mark the tech-forward brand’s debut in the Irish capital, and will introduce an exciting accommodation option in Dublin’s historic ‘Liberties’ quarter.

Fast-growing global hospitality company Dusit International has signed a management agreement with Abduljawad Holding, an investment company headquartered in Saudi Arabia, to operate the Dusit Thani Residences Maslak Istanbul, Turkey. Luxury hotel brand The Chedi is set to open its second European property in Lustica Bay, on the coast of Montenegro. Covering seven million square metres, The Chedi Lustica Bay will be the largest five-star hotel in the Boka Bay, offering 110 rooms, two restaurants, a bar, conference and business centre, an outdoor pool, spa and fitness centre featuring indoor heated pool and gymnasium and ancillary facilities.

InterContinental Hotels Group has announced an exclusive agreement with Heathrow Airport, to develop two hotels directly connected to London Heathrow Terminal 4. The two adjoining hotels, Crowne Plaza London - Heathrow Terminal 4 and Holiday Inn Express London - Heathrow Terminal 4, are due to open in 2018.
