Medallia Provides Wyndham With Technology

Nov. 6 :Medallia, Inc., a leading supplier of guest retention systems, announced today that it has implemented a new employee opinion survey program at Wyndham International. More than 20,000 employees at Wyndham`s owned and managed hotels have completed an online survey designed to measure satisfaction with key drivers of employee retention. Medallia will analyze and report the data using its patented online reporting system.
