African Bureau of Conventions today announced the strategic membership of Ovation South Africa as their member of the Bureau. The African Bureau of Conventions has strategically accepted the membership of the Tshwane Events Centre, due to the fact that the Bureau is currently bidding, and in some instances has been shortlisted for 8 large, international association conventions of over 4 000 delegates.
African Bureau of Conventions has been accepted as members of the International Congress and Convention Association, one of the most prominent organizations in the world of international meetings with a network of over 900 suppliers to the international meetings industry, with members in 86 countries.
Global Conferences Africa, with offices nationally and a staff count of 30, has become a proud patron member of the South African Association for the Conference Industry (SAACI) and the first South African Core Professional Conference Organisers (PCO) to join the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA). Global Conferences Africa is also one of the business units of Southern Africa’s largest tourism company, Tourvest Inbound Operations.
