Nakheel inks deal with Accor for Dragon Mart Hotel
Dubai-based master developer Nakheel today signed a management agreement with Accor for its 250-room hotel at Dragon Mart. The hotel, one of nine planned by Nakheel over the next five years - will be managed by Accor under the ibis Styles brand. Construction is now substantially complete.
Accor expands UK portfolio with new Mercure property

As part of its asset management strategy, hotel giant Accor has confirmed the sale of its 19.4 per cent stake in the Tourism Asset Holdings, Australia’s largest hotel owning company. The stake went to the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority for AU$66m, and a repayment of AU$76m loans.
