Abu Dhabi Airports has entered into a partnership with Plaza Premium Lounge Management, the industry leader in premium airport services, for the renovation, management and operation of Abu Dhabi International Airport’s hotel and lounges in Terminals 1 and 2. Abu Dhabi International Airport’s renovated lounges will offer added privacy and luxury, where passengers will be able to enjoy personalised services and facilities.

Announcing its northern winter schedule at World Routes earlier, Abu Dhabi Airports Company confirmed it would offer eight per cent more flights when compared to last year. For the period November 2011 to March 2012, travellers will be offered over 900 flights weekly from Abu Dhabi to five continents around the globe, with additional frequencies, newly launched airlines and destinations.
