Wyndham Vacation Rentals has announced it will continue providing management of hotel operations and onsite vacation rental management for the Inn at Aspen through 2022.

The world’s largest professionally managed vacation rental business will also oversee major property and site renovation efforts that will enhance the overall guest experience at the Inn at Aspen, the only ski-in/ski-out hotel located at the foot of Buttermilk Ski Resort.

“Renovating the Inn at Aspen to meet the expectations of today’s traveller is part of our plan for the property to reach its potential as a premier resort destination in Aspen,” said Bill Anderson, vice president of operations, Western US, Wyndham Vacation Rentals North America.

“Our contract renewal with the Inn at Aspen comes at an exciting time because it allows us to lead the property renovations, upgrade amenities to be competitive with other local lodgings and provide the vacation experience that families expect of Wyndham Vacation Rentals.”

The Inn at Aspen will upgrade more than 120 rooms with many renovations already having been completed.

Each hotel room offers views of the Buttermilk Ski Resort or the Aspen Valley from either a private patio or balcony.

Additional renovations include updating the property’s exterior and interior façade, and refurbishing many of the common areas such as the lobby, dining area, and the meeting and event space.

The Inn at Aspen has abundant meeting space offering exterior patio and lawn areas boasting beautiful mountain views that are ideal for weddings, family reunions and corporate meetings.

As the only lodging property at the foot of Buttermilk Mountain, The Inn at Aspen spans nearly ten acres and provides families all over the world with the premier ski vacation experience.

The property offers a diverse ski terrain and a variety of rental accommodations that will fit many budgets and lifestyles.

Families will find amenities and services including an outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, fitness centre, onsite restaurant, complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, and courtesy shuttle.
