WW takes to the seas with MSC Cruises partnership

Following on from the success of four United States and Caribbean cruises on board MSC Divina and MSC Seaside, WW has strengthened its partnership with MSC Cruises to launch its first ever cruise in Europe.

Embarking from Barcelona and sailing the Mediterranean in July 2019, guests will have the opportunity to experience one of MSC Cruises‘ newest ships, MSC Seaview, while enjoying the WW wellness program on board.

WW is the company formerly known as Weight Watchers.

Along with a robust itinerary, visiting some the region’s hottest port destinations in Spain, Italy and France, the cruise will feature WW‘s trademark combination of freshly prepared, healthy meals and snacks, holistic wellness workshops and fabulous onboard entertainment.

The WW Cruise also offers members the opportunity to meet like-minded people from around the world, allowing them to share their experiences and support each other in their journey.

The iconic MSC Seaview, debuted in June 2018 and sailing seasonally in the Mediterranean and Brazil, has been beautifully designed for warm weather climates.

Guests on board can also participate in a variety of fitness classes including yoga, spinning, or personal training sessions — a great way to rack up additional FitPoints while cruising.

The WW Mediterranean Cruise will set sail from July 20th-27th, lasting eight days and seven nights.

Chris Stirk, general manager, WW, said: “We inspire healthy habits for real life and as a company, people and the community are central to this purpose.

“The WW Cruise is the ultimate community event dedicated to helping guests enjoy a fun, healthy life.

“People are increasingly looking for escapes that allow them to switch off and focus on themselves, and it‘s fantastic that we can for the first time offer our successful WW Cruise experience in Europe.”
