For those who know exactly what they are looking for and would like expert support, Meetings at Worldhotels offers a convenient online RFP form (request for proposal), in which planners can fill out all event requirements. Within 24 hours they will receive a range of suitable venue proposals, all with guaranteed rates on rooms, meeting space and banqueting. In addition, MICE agents can also call one of three multilingual group desks, located in Frankfurt, New York and Singapore, for further advice and information.
