World Travel Awards has unveiled its Europe Nominees for 2013 as voting opens for the Gala Ceremony.
The event, which will take place at Cornelia Diamond Resort in Turkey, is set to become the hottest ticket on the agenda in this busy tourism region.
World Travel Awards is celebrating a landmark 20th year in 2013, with the event often referred to as the ‘Oscars of the travel industry’.
More than 1,300 travel, tourism and hospitality companies will compete for the prestigious during the ceremony.
Online voting has now opened and the organisers of the awards are encouraging both trade and consumers to submit their votes.
World Travel Awards Grand Tour will include regional legs in the Maldives, Dubai (UAE), Antalya (Turkey), Kenya, Peru, Antigua and Singapore throughout the year.
The winners of these regional heats will progress to the Grand Final, which will take place at the end of 2013.
The ceremonies are widely regarded as the best networking opportunities in the travel industry, attended by government and industry leaders, luminaries and international media.
