World Ski Awards voting approaches halfway stage A-ROSA Kitzbühel will welcome World Ski Awards for the third time in November

The all-important 16 week voting window of the 2015 World Ski Awards - the only global initiative to recognise, reward and celebrate excellence in the global ski tourism industry - is about to reach the halfway stage.

Voting will close on the September 25th and with voting numbers across all the international categories already at record levels, the final months of voting will very much determine which destinations, hotels, chalets and ski companies will win the coveted 2015 World Ski Awards – the highest accolades in ski tourism.

Members of the ski community, both tourism professionals and ski consumers, are now invited to view the World Ski Awards 2015 finalists and vote here.

This year’s winners will be unveiled at the third annual World Ski Awards - ski tourism’s event of the year – taking place in Kitzbühel over the weekend of November 20th-22nd 2015.

A-ROSA Kitzbühel will welcome industry leaders from across the globe for a three day programme of unrivalled networking events, dinners, and exclusive ski experience activities.

The highlight of the event will be of course be the red carpet Ski Oscar Gala Ceremony itself on the evening of November 21st when the World Ski Awards winners will be unveiled.

For the first time, voters are also being offered the chance to cast their ballots through the iSKI Smartphone App.

The app is the source for all information for the perfect ski day directly on your phone.

The latest data and info about weather, depth of snow, as well as open ski lifts and ski runs - neatly arranged on ski panoramas - help you to find the right ski resort within reach.

iSKI is available in 18 ski nations and provides you with all the information in order to plan your perfect ski vacation.

During the winter season 2014/15 the iSKI Apps had more than 2.2 Million users and 127,000 daily iSKI Users.
