Of those who do make a call, loveholidays.com reports that 80% have found the holiday they are looking for, but are simply calling with a question about the hotel or to request extras for children or multi-room bookings.

Going forward, loveholidays.com is looking to expand into offering city breaks this year, offering the same level of functionality.
