Last night at the World Travel Awards, held at the Grovenor House in London, von Essen hotels won the prestigious accolade of World’s Leading Boutique Hotel Group at the Grand Final Gala Ceremony.  von Essen beat off stiff competition, which included Aman Resorts, Banyan Tree, Grace Hotels, Island Outpost, Mantis Collection and Preferred Boutique.

The World Travel Awards, now in its 17th year, is voted by travel agents worldwide. The Award’s aim is to encourage world-class competition and stimulate innovation and creativity.
