von Essen hotels is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Newbould as General Manager for The Elms Hotel & Spa , Worcestershire.

The Elms Hotel & Spa, part of von Essen’s Luxury Family Collection is loved by children and parents alike. The imposing Queen Anne Mansion is set in beautiful gardens and ten acres of mature parkland in the heart of rural Worcestershire, with stunning views over the Teme Valley.

Martin joins von Essen with more than 14 years experience in the hotel and hospitality industry. He will be responsible for developing the hotel within the Luxury Family brand and growing the conference and wedding market for 2011.

Martin’s most recent position was at Hoxton Hotel in London as Operations Manager. Previous positions include Hotel Manager of the May Fair Hotel, London, part of the Radisson Edwardian Group.
