Vietnam Airlines has announced that from today all international flights arriving in and departing from Da Nang International Airport will operate from the brand new Terminal 2, having previously operated from Terminal 1.

All Vietnam Airlines international check-in counters have also been moved to one area, making it easier for passengers to proceed with check-in, baggage and boarding procedures.

At the new T2 of Da Nang International Airport, Vietnam Airlines has a total of 22 check-in counters located on the second floor, on the left side of the departure hall, including three counters for business class passengers (counters 20, 21 and 22).

In addition, Vietnam Airlines has potential for further expansion to the check-in counters in the right wing of the terminal, depending on demand.

The ticket counters and Vietnam Airlines representative booths are conveniently situated opposite the company’s check-in area.

The baggage claim area and the lost and found desks are located in the arrival hall on the ground floor.

In a separate area on the third floor, an 860m2 business lounge with capacity for 180 passengers serves frequent flyers and business class passengers of Vietnam Airlines as well as other international airlines.

The new Da Nang International T2 will help to further improve Vietnam Airlines’ four-star service standards, bringing a better experience to customers.

Check-in for international flights operating at the new T2 opens three hours prior to departure and closes 50 minutes before departure.
