Variety and mentoring for railway engineers

The traineeship is intended to help younger workers gain experience in a wide variety of engineering and project management skills in a short space of time. The two-year term would allow successful candidates to work on the development of software, automated control equipment and ‘hardware in the loop’ testing tools used in a range of industries including rail.

Each trainee will be guided by a mentor from the company’s senior management team, as well as training in marketing, sales and communication skills.
