Value Place has announced the opening of a new extended stay hotel in Manassas, Va., the second Value Place hotel to open in the Washington D.C., area this year. Affordable weekly rates include an immaculately clean, safe, comfortable room with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 24-hour-a-day guest laundry, security monitoring, brightly lit parking, and interior guest room entrances.

The four-story, 124-room Manassas Value Place, at 10910 Balls Ford Road, is easily accessible via the Sudley Road exits from Interstate 66/State Route 234 or Lee Highway. Washington, D.C., is 30 miles away via I-66, and the historic Civil War Manassas National Battlefield Park is a 10-minute drive from the hotel.
A second new Value Place, near Andrews Air Force Base, Md., opened earlier this year.

Value Place is ideal for business, government, military and vacation travelers seeking affordable, short-term lodging. Refreshed room design, upgraded appliances and other property enhancements deliver cost efficiency for hotel operators, and pleasant features and conveniences for guests. Company headquarters are in Wichita, Kan.

A total of 184 Value Place extended stay hotels are operating in 32 states, including 134 franchisee-owned and 50 corporate-owned properties. All are new construction.

“The D.C. area market is a great fit for us,” says Value Place chief executive officer Dan Weber. “We can meet the need for short or longer term lodging with our simple, clean, safe properties, while providing exceptional value to guests.”
