TUI Travel’s Hotelbeds celebrates 10 years and unveils growth plans at WTM

Hotelbeds, one of TUI Travel PLC’s leading business to business brands and one of the industry’sforemost accommodation and destination services companies, is celebrating its 10 year success story and unveiling its growth plans at this year’s World Travel Market (WTM).

The move marks the company’s intention to expand its business building on the year-on-year growth that has made Hotelbedsthe industry frontrunner that it is today, with the company currently outperforming the market with 32% growth in top-line sales.

TUI Travel’s ‘sleeping giant’is a leading business to business provider of accommodation and destination services worldwide, and yet the company has remained under the radar with its focus on servicing suppliers and clients instead of on marketing and PR campaigns.

WTM will see announcements from the Spanish-born and TUI TravelPLC backed company on the exhibition’s opening day, Monday 7 November 2011. Hotelbeds founder, Joan Vilà and his colleagues, Carlos Muñoz, Managing Director and Marta Alvarez, Marketing Director, will be in attendance to meet with visiting media and introduce them to the business. On Tuesday 8 November 2011 they will host a supplier and client appreciation awards dinner to acknowledge the contribution that they have made to the business’ success.
