TUI Travel appoints new Non-Executive Director

Coline’s background is in management, marketing and consulting. She spent ten years at Clear Channel International Ltd, where, as Chief Executive for their European operations, she was responsible for the profits of operations across 58 countries including the UK, France, Italy and Spain. Coline began her career in management consultancy, working with both McKinsey & Co in London and the LEK Partnership in Munich. She is a law graduate with an MBA from Harvard. Previous non-executive director positions include HBOS plc and Shed Media plc.

Commenting on the appointment, Sir Michael Hodgkinson, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of TUI Travel, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Coline to the Board. Her experience in marketing and developing fast growing international businesses will be of significant benefit to the Board and the Group as a whole.”
