Travelodge pushes forward on technology strategy

Independent hotel chain Travelodge has partnered with hospitality technology firm, Monscierge to develop a series of technology platforms to help the customer journey, from planning right through to checking-out and sharing their hotel experience socially.

The first launch is a mobile booking application available for Android and iOS, so guests can easily locate and book rooms directly with Travelodge whilst on the move.

Brand-wide implementations of technology pieces are frequently difficult to put into place, leading Travelodge to partner with the U.S. based Monscierge due to their reputation for designing products that are easy to scale at a global level.
