The UK’s leading website for flight price search and comparison issues early results from its current poll showing that travellers are sticking with their summer holiday plans despite the latest round of ash and looming BA strike threat.

The ongoing poll asks travellers what their upcoming summer holiday plans are providing a choice of three responses including the option to take a staycation, the need to get away even for short breaks, or a full on return to summer travel.

Leading the way with 44 per cent of the vote is the need to get away even for short breaks with a full on return to summer hols coming in second at 29 per cent, and staycations last at 27 per cent.
