For those seeking both a mind and body overhaul Lifehouse Spa & Hotel has launched a dedicated boot camp to work the body and de-stress the mind. With the first one starting on Sunday 8th September, the five day and four night camp will comprise invigorating exercises and muscle stretching yoga sessions, healthy eating menus and several deluxe pampering treatments designed to soothe those exercise weary bodies.
Raising the bar to other boot camps, guests will enjoy a full itinerary of indoor and outdoor / group and individual fat-busting activities teamed with nutritional talks to give them the tools to carry on their fitness regime at home.
