This year, luxury boutique hotel group Grace Hotels is launching the next level of its Bespoke by Grace programme.
The concept, originally launched in 2010 to enable Grace guests to personalise many aspects of their stay before arrival, is now expanding significantly to include a range of bespoke experiences centred on themes including gastronomy, adventure, culture and romance.
Bespoke by Grace experiences can be created and curated for guests before and during their stay to match their specific preferences.
The bespoke experiences are designed to help guests get the most out of Grace Hotels’ richly diverse destinations.
Each activity benefits from the hotel’s insight into each locality and has been designed to provide a truly immersive, insider’s experience.
Most experiences can be wholly tailored to the individual and will offer guests the opportunity to truly engage with the local culture and community.
Grace Hotels are located in some the world’s most stylish destinations – from the beautiful Greek islands of Santorini and Mykonos to the dramatic backdrop of North West Argentina, the buzz of burgeoning Panama City, the country and waterside retreats of New England, and the cultural corners of Beijing.
Experiences range from sunset picnics in hidden locations with a private butler to tours of the finest local vineyards with guests blending their own wines with a local winemaker.
Highlights include an early morning visit to Panama’s fish market with the head chef followed by a culinary master-class at the hotel, the chance to spend the day with a local photographer to capture the essence of Santorini’s majestic scenery, and an open-fire cooking class in Argentina’s Calchaqui Valley with traditional asados and parrillas.

These bespoke experiences now supplement the core Bespoke by Grace service which enables guests to customise their in-room experience through a choice of pillows, room fragrances, bathroom products, in-room fitness kit, local mobile phone programmed with useful numbers and more.
Guests can also request extra romantic touches such as champagne and strawberries, monogrammed pillows and bathrobes – all as part of the online reservation process.
