In the latest expansion of its rapidly-growing mobile suite of services, StarCite today announced the launch of a new mobile solution for suppliers that will allow hotel sales forces to review, monitor and quickly act on meetings leads via smartphone.

StarCite Mobile NSO (for National and Global Hotel Sales Organisations) will ensure that sales forces stay connected when on the go and will enable rapid action on time-sensitive inquiries.

The ability to act faster in directing and supporting incoming opportunities will help increase close ratios and provide a higher level of client satisfaction.

The app will allow hotel sales forces to use their smartphones to manage leads, view meeting RFP details such as total attendees and planner comments, and quickly take action to bid for and win meetings business.
