FCm Travel Solutions has promoted Ed Stalley as head of account management.
Since joining Flight Centre Group in 2010 his career has progressed rapidly spanning team manager roles in both leisure and corporate travel, latterly as a national account manager for FCm.
His background prior to joining Flight Centre Group includes extensive account management and retailing experience having spent three years as national account manager for TAG Company and four years as a project manager for Woolworths.
Over the last two years Stalley has been instrumental in driving FCm Travel Solutions’ 95 per cent client retention rate.
Stalley said: “I look forward to working with my account management team to constantly improve the presentation and analysis of our customer data; maintaining our client’s seamless transition from national to multi-national servicing; and ensuring our existing clients have access to FCm’s exciting range of new technology.”
In recognition of his potential as a future senior manager, he was selected to join Flight Centre Group’s respected Fast-track Leadership programme in 2012.
